First off ill keep it simple

My taco has 4 wheel drive but its the free locking hubs model what kind of factor does this bring into play when buying new wheels. like what is a go and what is a no go

ok second would it be "worthwhile" to make my taco a "street taco" as in after market air intake, supercharger, etc... i figured with it being a 4wd model that maybe it wouldnt be such a good idea

and third , the owner before me decided he would paint the whole underside of the truck red...its a white taco and it sorta looks gay so i thought about crawling under there and using spray paint on it. would it be safe to use a product that dries to a skid resistant finish... almost like a rhino lining finish on it

I notice it's a '98. Has this truck been inspected under the 1995.5 - 2000 frame rust campaign yet?

I hate to sound paranoid, but I can't figure why anyone would paint the underside unless it was to cover up something ...

If you are not sure of the condition of your frame then you should take it to a Toyota dealer and have the frame inspected.

Toyota will buy it back at 1.5 times retail blue book value assuming it does not have a salvage title.
