A little help from my Long Island, NY tacoma owners

I am looking to see if anyone has brought their truck in for a frame inspection on Long Island, NY? If so, can you please let me know where. I have tried two local dealers and when I was explaining I need a frame inspection for my Tacoma, I think they thought I was speaking french or something. I am a little wary about bringing it to a dealer that has not heard of the frame inspection because I don;t want a half ass job.

So:

1) If you have a dealer that you recommend, please share.
2) Did they say if NY was trained and/or authorized to undercoat?
3) Is this a bad time to bring it in for a frame inspection with every other recall going on?

Have you since found a dealer? Which dealers did you try? I just got a notice to make an appointment. I don't want a half ass job either.
