2012 TACOMA TRD OFF ROAD

I have recently bought a used A.R.E cap and it does not have the roof rack rails. I was wondering if anyone has installed a rail system. I am local to A.R.E but they are wanting to charge me like 800 dollars just for the rails and the install. I am not about that.
