A tundra wants to race me!?

    I did my fair share of rodding as a kid and honestly was lucky many times to wake up the next morning. My main rides back then was F-Body's - camaros and firebirds. They tend to hold the road a lot better than a pickup (hint). We also used roads not used at nights - industrial parkways, etc. Even had the cops point us that way some nights. These days it's not the same. Lot more cars on the road than 30 years ago and the number of streets are about the same. Kinda makes the odds less favorable.

    One thing we did do right was race night at the local drag strip. Friday nights was open to anyone who wanted to run. Talk about an adrenaline rush - unf__kinbelievable. When those lights blinked down it got the heart pounding hard. You really want to run him - try it there if you're lucky enough to find a place like that near by. Oh ya, after the s/c gets installed. lol!

    Just be cool and use your head, common sense will cost a lot less than stoking an ego.
