As the tittle states I'm looking for a way to bring the idle up on my 2001 Tacoma with the 2.4L in it. As of now the truck idles fine but I am looking to have a selectable switch where I can raise the idle to a point without having to put my foot on the gas pedal. This would be done in park just to make things clear not while running down the road. I know a few companies make modules to bring idle up for welding and such but most runn off your Cruz control and my truck doesn't have it. Also I could use an older style manual choke knob and cable but the truck will be running a 280 amp@idle alt so when it kicks in it will dramatically reduce the engine rpm no matter where I set it.

    Thanks in advance
    Mike
