    not sure. sooner then later. don't want to destroy my OEM axle by running it dry. need to find a 35mm socket. it's going to be a learning experience :eek:

    hmm. I found one on Amazon for $12. I am going to just grab one and keep it in the tool box, figured this won't be the only time I'll need it.... this job looks "easy" I think.

    I have a torn inner boot :rolleyes: Not a major tear, just had some funky wear on one rib that ended in a puncture.

    Here go's a dis-assembly video. There is also a video from CBI or Camburg floating around that was good too. I'll keep looking for it. (Edit: Obviously we're not removing the stock length axle, but the beginning is applicable)

    Just wanted to thank you for the spare mount idea, got my oem ring mount and speedstrap and installed today. Really great idea Aaron! Much easier to pull the spare out then my old n fab set up
