Yeah. It's coming out of the overflow, first I thought it was a clogged breather but I removed it and it's still coming out after long duration highway speed trips.

Big nasty mess under my truck right now.

Don't see how I over filled it. Maybe I was parked at an angle that let me over fill. I just fill till it starts coming out the plug.

My cv boots are still going strong since the install.

Too much I guess! I just filled it until it started coming out of the fill plug. Never had this issue with the lighter weight synthetic stuff, guess its just the heavy gear oil.

I just fill till it oozes out of the fill port. I say mechanic error since the only 2 people I know with this problem have had the same installer.

I wasn't able to get the full 1.7 in the front either. I just go until she overflows... But I've only used synthetics 75-90

Crappy Pic of the Wilson 5000 mounted

Cobra 75 CB install cleaned up, moved from just floating under the shifter/cup holder area to secured on the back side of the console. (Freeing up space for something like a FJ case)

You can also see the bottom side of the Blue sea USB charger that I have in the cup holder.

Energy Suspension Body mount bushings installed...Wasn't a bad job.

The 14mm bolts on each mount were fun to get off because you can't get a ratchet in there and no leverage on a box wrench. Rear 17mm body mount bolts had a lot of corrosion that had it seized to the sleeve. Lots of BFH... 52k miles on the odometer, for reference. Cleaned up all the threads and shank and coated liberally with anti-seize.

    Fronts didn't look too bad...

Rear looked a little more rough

Continued from the Dirt Design cross brace group buy thread:
The top plate of the DD cross brace will help your sliced and diced coil buckets if you weld them on to the coil bucket.

To add more rigidity to the DD cross brace I would weld the whole thing together, cut the cross tube and install these to make the cross tube removable.

If I was to do a cross brace to help firm up the frame, this is a better way of doing it. The double shock tower is a TC product.

Cool idea if understand correctly. You want to use the DD coil tower piece and incorporate the disconnect?

@ckeene9 did you buy the DD product?

    Yes
The DD tower piece already un bolts at the " hinge " ( it's not a hinge tho it is a solid bolted joint ) so he DD set up is already removable without having to add any addition tube connectors into the mix

Ok, I see that. It's already a tight fit in there as it is. I have the TC CB gussets already and sooner or later I will add a brace. I'm just curious as to what Drew is saying.
