Now that it's not a DD I'll be able to keep up with it ha. Leaving it for now, whole front end is getting a refresh in the spring.

Aaron, the inner lip of the ball joint cradle needs to be trimmed a little. That's right where the half moon is :D Or maybe it's the misalignment spacers on the lower bj cradle?

see page 5, this is for FJ/4Runner instructions, couldn't fine Tacoma ones on the Race series should be the same though.

Truck looks pretty darn good, even if it lost a Glam point or two
wait (did you know your truck is on TC's site?) That's pretty Glam, point back.

oh shit :/ I was actually talking about the top side of the LCA and the CV hitting the top side at droop. Do you have marks on the top too ?

The marks on the bottom mean that your bumps are not set tall enough because the lower bj adapt is contacting it.

yeah I am fearful of that too, can you post a pic of how much yours sticks up...curious to compare. Dirt Designs should refund anyone with that prob IMO...pretty much a part that will be used on a truck with aftermarket CO's :/

edit - i should be ok with just a washer to clear that lip around the hole :

Oh that Icon top hat to coil bucket adapter is funky huh...You could just get a different top hat adapter for the CO, quite a few of the fab shops make them :

Super funky compared to standard Icons. I see why TC builds their secondary kits the way they do.

No issues but I also use Aerospace 303 protectant every few months that has UV inhibitors. Would do it more often but it leaves a residue after the first rain after applying down the paint.

Is your truck always out side or is it garaged?

Spends all of its life outside...unless I deploy and then it gets put in a storage unit.
