? about bilstein 5100 and aal's

    ok i have a 08 trd taco wanting to get a few more inches i dont have my heart set anything yet i want to get bigger tires and a better look with a little more ground clearance thinking about the bilstein 5100 ajustables in the front and getting aal for the rear ? will the aal in the rear help stiffin up my suspension cause i cant stand how much it gives when i am haulin stuff?? and which aal's should i go with? any help would be appreciated i dont know much about suspension

    3 inch coilover and add-a leaf lift
    The aal's will stiffen it up a little but don't expect much, do u have the TSB thing done that 2nd genners get done under warrenty i believe? The bilstein adjustables is a decent front lift from what i've heard, but i love my sway-a-away coilovers!

    not sure if i have it or not gonna have to look into it and figure out what it is if it is something that u do aftermarket i do not have it but thanks i was also thinking about doing billy 5100's in the rear along with the aal just to help with hualing and towin

    jason1kyle, I'm almost sure that your 08 sr5 is eligible for the tsb. Which includes a 4-pack leaf spring, 4 shocks and an alignment. Definitely search for the tsb info. Seems like you just need to buy and install the 5100's then send truck to Toyota for the replacement leaf pack and alignment. Good luck. wmb67

    yeah i called the dealership today and they said that they had to run a test on my truck to see if my truck qualified but i'm assuming i do cause the rear shocks dont hold much at all
