The inside blower for my AC make some kinda noise while it's on a low setting. When I crank it up no noise. It sour a like something might be hitting the blades but if that were the thing then shouldn't it be doing it at all speeds? I have taken out he cab filter and replaced it (it was time) and have cleaned it out but the noise still remains, any suggestions anyone?

Check for leaves and pine needles. The higher speeds may be pushing them up into the vents or just away from the blades or the fan noise is just covering it up. Additionally the blower motor could be giving up.

This same things happen in my 2011 SR5. Drives me nuts. Only on the two lower speeds, top two speeds no problem.

Is it like a chirping/sqealing sound?

T-SB-0162-11: '05-'11 Tacoma: Abnormal Blower Motor Noise

If you're still within the 3yr/36k miles then it'll be covered under warranty work.

I think there's a TSB on it but even that is questionable as the dealer just replace the cheap blower motor with another one. I have been lucky to avoid the issue but some have found some success take the blower motor out and adjusting the 2 screws that "balances" the cage. Your best bet is to order a new one online like from Amazon or eBay.

It's more of a chirping sound. It would be nice if it was still covered, but I'm the 2nd owner and the warranty didn't come with it as it was a private party sell.

Warranty is based on mileage not owners selling it.

^This. Here's what Toyota says from the manual...

Tacoma vehicles distributed by Toyota that are originally sold by an authorized dealer in the United States and normally operated or touring in the United States, U.S. territories or Canada. Warranty coverage is automatically transferred at no cost to subsequent vehicle owners.

Better go now tho cause your warranty is probably gonna run out soon if you haven't already cracked 36k miles. I had this exact TSB warrantied a few months ago. Scheduled an appointment and when meeting with the service adviser I told him "there's a low blower motor chirp and I found a TSB that covers the repair. do you want the number?" He was actually really happy I had the number on hand cause it saved him the time of looking it up. It took about an hour to get the new blower motor installed; I was within the 3yr/36k so $0 cost to me and I haven't had a problem since.

My blower motor is still chirping like a cold bird in the mornings, I am used to it.
