I did replace the relay for the MG CLT

Is the clutch firing? Is the system low/out of coolant?

No ... the clutch is not spinning.
When I put the gauge on it will not even register .. compressor not running.

If you have a volt meter, you can use this link to see if the coil is bad on the clutch or if it is getting power

Added some and the unit kicked on!
