    Did that. One side holds the dometic, the other in the foot-well holds the Jackery.
    When not in use ( ie: not camping ) the platform remains, the other seat can flop down.

    I leave the platform in there full time, and have on rare occasion had my daughter, or her beau in the jumpseat.

    Works great -

    @All Toyota there are partial platforms available. Goosegear is one. You can always remove 1 seat. Make a half platform with a anchor for a leash!

    What problem are you having (or think you will have) with chopping off that section? Movement during driving? Are you just looking for someone who has done it and fishing for tried and true designs?
