Not you... back in the beginnings of Turd Gen they were WAY more common.

Capt'n Hook AKA Onestop ... wow it was a few good ones everyday. I couldn't stop laughing. He used to complain about the seat comfort... he only has one leg! Apparently he thought everyone would poo poo about it with him..... ooops.

It doesn't happen right away, but when it does, it greatly increases the risk for something catastrophic for everyone else around you.

I live where its -35 at times and I never leave the damned thing running. It's unsafe and that should be enough cause to not do it.

Many car thefts happen at gas stations as well.

Do you guys ever notice the stickers on the fuel stands that say touch metal object that's grounded to discharge static before dispensing fuel and not use your cell phone?

I've seen them around. I'm surprised it's not a law in CA yet. Since everything is outlawed here anyhow. :frusty:

Warning labels are for sissies. Grow a pair man, just light your smoke while pumping, and if your in SF feel free to take a dump at the same time.

LOL! Damn, I cant believe this is actually a thread. And still going. And I'm still loving it.

Why would you leave your fucking truck on anyway? Why not leave it running when you go shopping? Or a bar? Just lock it up, makes sense. Hell no, but lets leave it running while we pump fuel into it.

Air Force right? Do you keep the jet running while you refuel on the ground?

I heard Toyota factory drivers manuals for 3rd Gens released in 2018 are going to include a clause about not fueling while running. Just something I heard from a friend. :gossip:
