I had the dealer install graphite color catskinz front and back with heaters, it added 2k to the price but well worth I think. It's been 3 yrs and the leather looks great, drivers seat bottom left side is holding up well, I condition them every couple of weeks with malco.

If you can make your bed, you can install leather in your truck. I've installed Katzkin leather in my previous Dodge Ram Reg cab, took me 3 hours with friends help, that including removing and installing seat back in the truck, 2 seats plus center bench seat. Look up YouTube not hard at all.

We will be doing our own leather, outside of the dealer after the lift and tires. Roadwire and Katskins are the two to consider.

I'm sorry, I just don't like those. It looks like they would slide around whenever you get in and out of the truck. I think I would have waited and saved for the expensive option.

I found a local shop to install katzkin leather in my 2016 trd sport. I went with a dark graphite. Matches the interior and looks great. It was $1299 for the whole truck. (Double cab) to get leather. $199 more for each seat to add heat. I heated the two front. They out switches in the dash that look stock. With 2 dogs and 2 kids it's worth the money. Let me know I can post up some pics.

I have the Clazzio's and I could not be happier. 99% of the general public would not be able to tell that they're not factory. At the end of the day I believe I paid less than $500. As good as the Katzkins? No, but for the difference in price I feel they are by far a better value.

    Just my 2 cents...

I have had leather in luxury vehicles and the only way I would take it again is with Vented/Cooled seats in addition to the Heated seat option. But overall I just don't think Leather is very comfortable. It's usually too cold or too hot / sweaty and it doesn't breathe well. It cleans easily but that is about the only Pro of leather. I also have given up on light colors interiors as they show dirt too easily. Quality seat covers are the way to go...or just do like me and trade or sell the vehicle once you're tired of it or it gets too dirty

i am in the market for carseat covers ..No matter if it's $200 or $2k i just want something that will hold up to everyday use. I get in out a lot on a 6" lift and i'm pretty wet getting in out due to boating. I just want something that holds up to everyday elements and looks really nice. I'm torn between Katskins and Wet okles because of ass sweat. Decisions ..decisions.

Here's some photos. You can see the
Small switches for the heated seats installed. They are the small round switches. About the size of a nickel.

No only the seats were done. Both front and back and headrests. I had them add heat to the front 2 seats.

The seats are pretty comfortable with the leather and the heat has a high and low setting. Living in the northeast I leave them set to low for when I use my remote start. Always nice and warm. Well worth it. Plus I have two dogs. Much easier for cleaning.

You have to remove the factory upholstery to install Katzkins. I installed them myself on my Tundra and it took 8 hours for the two front buckets. My fingers were bruised and bleeding and I was in a foul mood by the end of the ordeal. They looked decent, but I'd pay the extra money for someone else to install them next time.

Here is one I did, katzkin. Took 3hr with help of two friend. The trick to make install much easier is using steamer, steam leather for about 1min, so it's easier to work with, also thin plastic bags for headrest or silicon spray. I enjoyed the whole prosses of install, will defiantly do my taco in black leather, for about 650$ on eBay can't beat it, plus I have all tools for it.image.jpg
