    Steering box and flat pitman arm are installed. Again, we frenched the box into the frame to allow clearance for the arm to swing and clear the castle nut on the tierod.

    Then we started mocking up the custom front bumper.

    On a side note, I realized last week that TG has sent me the wrong front springs. They sent me 5" front springs, so they shipped me out the correct ones. Needless to say this lowered the frame height even more. Right now we are sitting at 24-3/8" on 285/70/17s. Keep in mind that is with brand new springs and it should settle an inch or so.

    Finished product on the Tacoma. Leaf spring lift with frenched hangers on my 37s. Frame height is ONLY 25-3/8"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Rig drive's like a dream.

    No, they just released that kit about a month ago so I doubt anyone has one actually installed yet.

    Its hard to quote that since it all depends on what you want.

    Its easier to price out the kits yourself and then ballpark the labor. ;)

    That is due to the weld on the housing. Nothing we can do about it. It does the same thing on factory solid axles as well.
