Adding rear seats to access cab

Looks great so, I see you have a 2019 SR, did you buy seats that were pulled out of the same year or can you use any 3rd gen access can seats?

 

It is a 2018 SR! I don't remember I think it was the seats out of a 2019 I bought them from someone on the forum.

 

Oops, I'll clean my glasses before I post next time haha. That's good to know they are interchangable. I asked my dealer to install mine and they said no because of liability reasons????? Whatever. I'll just do it myself. thanks for the reply.

 

I have an access cab with back seats that I hardly use, I just store stuff back there mostly. When I do have people back there in rare cases all I hear is b*tching on how its small and the seats are uncomfortable and how my back hurts etc. Lol BUT it is really good to have those extra 2 seats if you are somewhere and you absolutely need to transport people and have no other vehicle.

 

Any 3rd gen will work. But to directly answer your question they came from a 19 TRD OR

 

I 100% agree haha same exact case for me used them maybe twice but it was needed and all I heard was complaining.

I found some locally but the guy wanted $1,000 so I had to pass.

Just an FYI the 2nd Gen seats fit too! They are just a lighter gray in color. Also if the owner that’s losing the seats will need the carpet from the SR/Utility package. So the whole interior will need to come out to exchange rear seats for the SR plastic for the access cab seats. We have a spotless 2015 with less than 25k on the clock and only one rider in the back.

I found some seat belts on ebay and I'm wondering if I can just custom my own seats. Slap on a headrest and done.
