Get the boss leaf pack from toytec it's based off a heavy duty truck and is beefier than the rest. I have an icon stage 4 kit minus the add a leaf and upper arms and it rides great. put 2500 miles across country on it half with a stock bumper the other with a relentless high clearance it is really a smooth ride and lost no height with the weight. the way toytec explained them is that the more weight on them the better they ride and nothing else compared when I was at their place looking at the offerings they had side by side. it was no comparison

Every HD leaf pack is like that pretty much, the more weight the smoother the ride.. Toytec also told me they have the smoothest riding and best built CO's, don't trust them.

I've ridden Dakar and add a leafs and this is smoother for sure. I have 7000 miles in the seat and imo it's a great fit unless you want more lift

I corrected myself a few posts later. I meant to say deaver. I'll fix my original post when I am at home on my computer instead of my phone.

Whats a good "medium" duty leaf pack? I was debating between the all pro expo/ standard but now I'm worried one will be too stiff unloaded and the standard wont hold up loaded

I run Dakars + D29XL add a leaf + airbags. I carry a bit over 1000 lbs in my box 25% of the time and 300 lbs the rest of the time. I hit pretty bad terrain as well. I really like my Dakars :)

I had AP ones that sagged like Roseann Barr's boobs within a year. Switched to Dakars 5 years ago. I have put about 80,000 miles on them needed to replace the bushings and decided to buy new ones at the same time. Much to my surprise, they only sagged 1/4"-5/16"!!! - Now I kind of wished I didn't buy the new ones. Anyway considering how many other things wear out prematurely, it's nice to find a bargain in the off roading experience.
