TRD Pro grill and fog lights, Toytec Boss lift, 265/70-17 Duratracs on 17 x 8.5 FN Verge wheels, LEER canopy, 30% tinted front windows.
There are 2 Eibach springs... the Red ones on the Toytec C/O's, and the silver Toytec/ Eibach ones from Toytec for $150. They are both 620lb springs, except the red ones only work on the adjustable C/O's. If you don't need them to be adjustable and are looking for 2.5 ish inches of lift that rides nice, then I highly recommend it. I got 2.6" in front on my double cab short box TRD Sport. Pics in my gallery.

I want to improve the ride of my 06 2wd pre runner that I use off road in Mexico sometimes. I'm thinking the stock leafs are too stiff and the factory shocks are worn out. So does a 1.5' AAL and 4 Bilstein 5100 w/stock coils sound like a way to go or should I get an after market coil that is 1.5" taller? Is there a kit like this available? I don't really want to lift the truck but I would like a little more travel and softer ride on the bumps...

lifting does not necessarily give you more travel. Lifting with springs you lose down travel b/c in actuality you are pushing the suspension components down in order to lift. There is a calculation on here somewhere for how much you actually lose. But the shocks will make a difference in ride quality. The 5100s are a better shock then the Yellow Bilsteins that come on the truck factory, I noticed it took away some of the body roll. 5100s are worth the money

Thanks, I did a 2" lift on my old 85 4 runner and replacing the springs made a huge difference because of the difference in the spring rates. This is the first time I've worked with coil overs so I'm wondering if changing springs and coils is necessary to allow the 5100s to work to their potential...
