I have a 05 Taco with a single CD stock radio that I want to swap out with a 6-CD stock radio. Can anyone advise on if there is an aftermarket harness adapter available to do the hookup or if it is a splice job only.

    Thanks in advance.:D

Thanx Greg...I think that it is the jbl unit. My single CD unit has 4 separate plugs but the 6-CD unit only has 3. While two of the plugs from the harness fit both units (left side when looking at the back of the deck) the ones on the right are different. The 6-CD unit 3rd plug has many more pins than the single CD unit's two plugs. Any further thoughts would be welcome...

    Update...

The 6-cd HU that I want to replace my single-cd HU with is as follows - JBL unit, model #86120-04120, ref #CQ-ET1460X, mfg in March 2008.

The HU will, I hope, be going into a 05 Taco with the single-cd HU...

    Thanx again all
