well, i've got quite a few mods on my truck. I actually spend way too much of my money on my truck as it is. To be honest, I didnt spend enough on her IMO. She spent a fair amount on me, but I didnt reciprocate as much as I should've.
Thank you derek, I'm totally there with ya man!

well, i've pretty much explained to her that i've learned a lot by this whole thing and that I regret some things that i have and havent done. She seems happy that I was growing from these realizations of the past, yet still didnt seem interested in testing my words by giving me another chance. Thats not a bad idea though- get her to see my committment to her through time and hopefully she takes me back. Through that method, it would also be possible that i come to realize that she isnt worth all the work, or isnt the one i really want to be with. Regardless of whether we get back together, I still want to end up friends with her; I still like her as a person.

I've done that with my girl before and I've definitely proved how much she really means to me. :)

Yeah I am the kinda guy that doesn't do many one night stands. I honestly think that if you two were meant to be together things will come to work themselves out. Just make sure she understands that you still wanna be with her, that you are capable of seeing what needs to be worked on, and if she wants to be with you then she will come to you even if it takes time. After big relationships like this you just need to relax enjoy the things YOU like to do (like wheelin'!) and live your life instead of feeling like you need to be held back. Even if you two are not meant to be together then there are plenty of other fish in the sea and you will find someone else who might even be 1000000x better than her. I hope this helps and hope that you figure things out good luck man!

The best you can do is talk to her. Don't pressure her to commit to the relationship. Hang out with her as friends. After a few times hanging out, maybe she will realize that you have change, in time, she will come around and want to be with you. I hope everything turns out well for you.

tell ya what dude..Its just a matter of humans, that your going to be different around your mate, then when with your friends. If she dosent like your behavior around your friends(assuming there all males), then shes not 100% into you.

I know im not the same around my friends, as I am my gf, and shes not the same around me, as her friends. It just happens.

you know, I never really thought about it that much but I have to agree.
I see the way she is with her friends and she's different around them too. I dont always like the she acted while around her friends either and she didnt seem to care. I guess its probable that it was the same for her, but she was just more annoyed by it.

Was a kitchen knife involved? Cause until you've had a kitchen knife involved you have no idea what a huge fight is. :p

Okay so to be on topic.

Don't buy or send her shit. Ask to meet for coffee or somewhere neutral and lay it out.

Hey, I still really like you, you have many qualities I well and truly admire, and many of them I feel compliment what I have to offer you. To be perfectly honest I could see us working things out, but I have to tell you, I won't wait in the wings. I'm your friend and I'll always be there for you (Feel free to lie out your ass here, it won't matter if she doesn't go out with you again cause fuck'er), but I've been thinking long about us and I would really like you too as well if you feel this is something we could salvage.

The remind her of a time you two really hit it off and had a good time. Especially if it's a time that SHE really enjoyed. Even if you didn't, you're playing for keeps here mate.

Then tell her you can see each other progressing your relationship further like that.

As to the acting different. Shit, does she act the same to you as she does to her Dad? Or sister? Of course not. You'll generally act different around different people. She can't expect you to handle everyone the same way, people aren't wired like that.

    Good luck.
