After 14 Yrs, A New Truck!!

Just got my 08 PreRunner Double Cab w/ Sport Package. Lovin' it so far. No mod yet, but the list of wants is getting longer (AV system, bars, bed cover..., you get the idea). Been driving a 94 Ranger for the last 14 yrs, 165k miles, good truck but ready for something new. No Pics yet, maybe soon.

Wow...165K miles? I don't think I've had a truck (or any vehicle) for that long. Must have treated it right!

Treat your new Tacoma as well as you obviously treated the Ranger and you'll be driving it a looong time

Thanks for the greetings. Have found a lot of low cost mods that look I might try (center consol LED, arm rest leather re-cover). Will certainly pursue the leaf spring upgrade. I know the 08s are not on the list yet, but with the proper evidence and prodding (I haven't done the new purchse survey from Toyota yet) they should see things my way.
