I just want to confirm that there are or there are not airbags in the pillars of the 2018 Tacoma access cab. I hear for different folks that there are air bags in the pillars and there are not. Reason for asking is I am looking to put aa pillar pod switch for extra light switches. Thinking is it's easier to wire up the switches on the post instead of going up/through the das board.

part of the 'curtain roof airbag' extends into the pillar so yes. there are SRS logos where airbags are located.
