That stuff is awesome, after working confined with 2 sick guys and I didnt get sick, knock on wood, this stuff rocks.

The funny thing about it is how there are links between cultures who ingest high amounts of Vitamin A and Cancer! Oh the irony.

even though its not a cure, its still beneficial. maybe hyped up to be more than it is but vitamins will help fight off a cold. plus it has zinc, which is the best thing you can take for prevention and shortening colds. but you're right, you'd prolly be better off just buying vitamin c and taking zinc lozenges

Vitamin C doesn't fare much better at prevention but it does seem to shorten colds when taken at the first sign of symptoms:

i got sick every time i used air born. I tastes like drinking carbnated urinal water too

 

it does taste pretty bad. i figure it cant hurt.
