Airbox Question

    I know theres a mod to cut the mass air sensor by the airbox to get more air. Has anyone heard of this. If so do u have some pics? 2004, 2.7 prerunner, 2.5 suspension lift, 32's,

    Your not cutting the MAF sensor (that would be a $300 mistake) but you would cut the airbox filter housing and insert a deckplate for more airflow. .

    my buddy has a ranger with almost the identical sensor. he cut the bottom half off. it actually gave it more air and better performance. if i can find the link ill post it.
