Got the front half of the bedcage done today. Came out pretty nice considering @Yotamac and I are just winging the design as we go. Sadly I have to go back to work tomorrow so wqe will get back on this on the weekend.

Yes. That’s gonna be phase 2. We are throwing around some ideas for supports off the bed cage and the aft bed bolts that are removable. But it will be a few weeks or more before it gets done this job has been time consuming as it is.

Kind of how it will look with the shocks. Though the shock is sitting way low since I just set it in there.

Well the end is so much closer to this rear suspension build. We finally completed the bedcage today and it came out awesome. @Yotamac killed it! I finally have the shocks installed and all that is left is to install the bump stops and limit straps next weekend then it should be dirt ready!!! Fenders should show up on the 18th. PIcs of our work to this point

Put on my rear glass a couple of months ago. Painted it myself. Its a couple of shades darker but i'll get over it. All the paint shops i called wanted 900 plus to paint with no guarantee it will match unless I left the truck with them...figured i could do it for way less with the same results.

Couple of months ago I ripped out the core support since it was falling apart...here are a few pics I took. Not as many as i should have though. Another big Thanks to @Yotamac from TacomaPros for all the help.

What gauge wore did you go with to support the winch?

This was my order and the website I ordered it from. The same company sells on Amazon but its cheaper direct from their site...at least when I did it. It also arrived 2 days after I ordered it but I'm also less than 100 miles from them. For my truck 20 feet was the bare minimum of red cable any less and it would have been to short. So take that into account on how much you need and where you are locating the battery. I only used about 4 feet of the black because I grounded it to the frame pretty much underneath the battery.

Got the cable from here https://www.windynation.com/
    This is what i ordered:
2/0 AWG WELDING CABLE WIRE RED BLACK GAUGE COPPER WIRE BATTERY SOLAR LEADS 20 feet Red
2/0 AWG WELDING CABLE WIRE RED BLACK GAUGE COPPER WIRE BATTERY SOLAR LEADS 10 feet Black
2/0 Gauge AWG Tinned Marine Copper Battery Cable Lug 10 Pieces 3/8 inches

20 feet of red barely made it on my access cab with the way I routed it...measure out what you need. then add some for piece of mind
I had plenty of black left over because I grounded it to the frame just underneath where I located the battery in the bed.

Here is a link to what i did in my build thread:
