Mama June was actually pretty chill. I have no idea how long she's been living back there, I've only lived here in this house since June. I don't think it eas too long though my dog just noticed the noise behind the wall over the weekend. There was a lot of nest material back there so I'm sure something lived there before her.

I was nice and released Mama June at the local park in the botanical gardens section.

 

John, I found out because he does pools and I told him I knew a guy who does pools.

 

Well, it's Fall Protection Training week so I may be slow to respond on here lol. I have so much I want to ask you guys about the house I saw last night, it seriously met all of my criteria but just had some quirks about it I didn't understand and was hoping you older (more experienced) kind people could possibly provide some solutions. My realtor is pulling all the information she possibly can on the house today (building permits, insurance claims if any, warranty info, etc.). It comes with a 20 year home warranty?!?! wtf who has even heard of that?! When I get more time to sit down and type stuff out to you guys maybe I'll have more information. @stronghammer - Fellow TW member @FlawedXJ; his dad is a GREAT home inspector! You should give him a call when you find the right house. My parents used him to when they were ready to sell their house; he does a great job with everything! VERY DETAILED!

I thought the 20yr home warranty was weird also, maybe it's a typo..?? I loved the house also!

It actually did end up being a typo. Trying to find out if there will be a 1 year from time of purchase. Lot's of info coming out about the home, it actually had a kitchen fire last year and that's why it is basically completely remodeled.

 

Did it smell like smoke?

 

^^ This. Smoke is hard to remove. Unless you really really like this location/house AND the price is right, you may want to keep looking.

 

Not at all. I do believe it was probably close to a total loss and newly rebuilt. the house looks phenomenal aside from a few quirks. everything is new and nobody has lived in it since the remodel

 

Probably because it's haunted now.

BTW.. The price is now $200 since the last I posted it.. Now it is over priced..
