This is where I got the tech stream in this thread. They say the tactrix is the best cable I did get cheaper version. I guess you can still download the tech stream to a laptop the thread has been turned off.

All you’re really missing to get it to work is turning in on in tech stream the security horns are an added bonus. It will sound the regular horn though. If you add security horns all 4 I have sound.

I did use this relay.

there is also a security fuse in that fuse box it’ll say security but mine had that one already.

if the hood ajar on your dash isn’t showing it has to be turned on in tech stream. The dealer may turn it on for you not sure though, the little hood plug keep it unplugged and when you see the hood ajar plug it back in and it’ll be working.
I also added a complete new hood latch so now when I pop my hood it shows hood ajar. Yours won’t show hood ajar once you plug in that little black plug.
GBS is great when kids are knocking out windows they may knock yours out but they’ll run away and possibly save someone else’s with the horns blaring mines loud with the 4 horns
