alighment issues w/ ICON C/O, Camburg UCA & spindles?

    Camburg UCAs are not longer than stock... thats why they're called "stock length". They adjust the angle of the uniball slightly to compensate for the increased angles (adds a little more caster as well) but the arms are not any "longer". With zero preload your uniballs might sit at an odd looking angle at ride height but nothing that will prematurely wear any components or cause alignment issues.

    So the uniball angle is a little more outward (since the UCA sits at a downward angle when lifted) to compensate for the usual droop angle when lifting the truck with coilovers?

    yes, but with the 1.25" Uniball you will still hit full bump/droop before the uniball is maxed out. We have done this setup on a number of trucks without issue, any reputable alignment shop will be able to get you into spec
