    I'm with you on that one. Yelling and making a scene in the showroom only makes you look like an idiot. And assertive and curt tone will get you further with the appropriate people, who rarely ever work on the front lines.

    x2... the only reason Ive taken that bolt off is to remove and put new LCA's in.....for you 6 luggers do you even need to take out the UCA to free the coilover? cause i know for us 5 lugs you need to remove the UCA..but there would be no reason to even touch anything on the LCA besides the bolt that holds the coilover in....
