Hello everyone! Short story... I have bilstein 6112 on 4th clip with dirt kings UCA and I have been hitting the beach dune.

Took it to the alignment shop 3 time less than a month and still could not get caster and camber back to spec. I havnt felt the 6112 bottom out but since the shocks do a good job I believe all the pressure went to the spindles, resulting in alignment issues.

I uploaded two photos. . The one with "New tires" are after I broke in the suspension but as you can see it wasn't in spec for caster.

The one below "Current measurements" are from Thursday-12/1. This is after I came back from the beach and I was wheeling pretty hard. Alignment shop guy said he couldn't get it back into spec compared to the first time i went, and probably a bent spindle or thru bolt.

    New tires below.

I picked up an extra set of spindles and looking to weld on the total chaos gusset, but I wanna hear some suggestions that you might have. Friends on Facebook are telling me they dont know how to do alignments. Truck still under warranty, however, not sure how I could prove its a bent spindle.

    Thanks!
    Wai

I see nothing wrong with your alignment. You're lifted, you shouldn't be trying for stock specs.

A tech from another city said they did a shitty job and I should be seeing 2.0... Green zone.

But I understand what you mean bc when our trucks get lifted spec change and it doesnt have to be near factory specs

Aftermarket UCA's has built in caster. I would guess +3 at least. I assume your lift is probably around 3"? You're alignment is perfect. Green zone is for "stock specs" with no lift.

Those alignment numbers are fine. Spindle gussets are a good idea though. My last truck had 2.5" of lift and my alignment numbers were 2.8 and 3.1 and rode perfect.
