I am wondering how many miles on the clock when you had to replace the clutch or needed tranny work?

I replaced the clutch in my Nissan at 130k at the advice of a master mechanic who thought it was going out. It didn't need it, but the peace of mind was nice.

Near as I can tell, my taco clutch is original. 203k on the clock.

Only other work has been changing the gear oil on occasion.

Had a 1997 Nissan 240sx, took delivery of it when it had 46k miles. Installed a turbo kit and sold it when it had 150k miles, still original clutch.
2008 BMW 335i with all the bolt-ons and tune. It's up to 90k miles right now and still on original clutch.

So, I have yet to change the clutch on any of the manual cars I own/owned.
