All negative aside will someone tell me how the ********* box sounds ? 3rd gen

I just bought full image dynamics set up from them and I think it sounds great. Components for front coaxials for rear and IDQ10 sub with their sub box. I've got a JL RD500/1 pushing it and it hits pretty hard for a single 10. The box fit perfectly once the storage bin was removed and bolts directly to the rear wall of the truck. Also had no issues with my order and received everything within 3-4 days

 

I kind wish the box had more volume. If i did it again id go with a mr. Marv box.

The rest of the components sound good.

 

Yea it is a small box. I put some polyfil in mine and it made a difference.

 

i plan on just getting box and putting my own 10'sub in there , thanks for the response i couldn't find anyone talking about what it saounds like .

 

Just remember to check the mounting depth of the sub your planning to use cause it's a shallow box. Can't recall exactly what it is but a lot of subs are too deep and the magnet will hit the back of the box. And if you specify the cut out diameter they will cut the opening specific to your sub.
Nothing against taco tunes but have you checked with Mr Marv about building you a box? May take a little longer but he will custom build to your specific sub with the correct depth and air space and makes a damn good box.

 

Ive thought about doing that, i just might now. Im running an alpine shallow 10 @ 300watts but considering a sundown sd3.

 

Yes I've looked at a few subs , I know the guys pretty good at the stereo shop I'm haveing install everything. I've been seeing that name around on here but can't find any pictures of anything installed? And how do you get ahold of him ?
