Just wondering if anyone has had problems with All pro expo leaf pack rebound clips all bent inward and twisted.
All so the number of leafs from the web site doesn't jive with the 9 that I have in my pack.
Plus the military wrap ends are not as tight as pictured on there site also.
Is there a left and right?
What gives? Maybe off shore made?
Wouldn't surprise me with all the problems I've had in with dealing with them.
Yet still no credit back from goods that never shipped.

Thanks I hope they man up and do the right thing for everyone. Just doing more searching and wow what POS company in dealings.
Im going to pull the leaf packs apart my self and fix the clips and broken plastic tip sliders. just more work than I needed to do when ordering new.

If things don't get resolved quickly, I have past emails for verification from Tracy on what they were going to do but never did or resolved, and fire my info off to:

    www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/GettingStarted?NextQID=203&Url=%23%26panel1-6#crnt

    www.usa.gov/state-consumer/california

    www.bbb.org/consumer-complaints/file-a-complaint/nature-of-complaint/

    Hopefully they man up.

I have sliders from Allpro, they are great, no problems.
a few months back I ordered expo springs and they sent me 1st gen instead of 2nd gen.
I had no way to know until I got the old ones out and the new ones didn't fits I had to put it all back together and call them the next day.
I was super pissed but they got the right one's to me pretty quick and after I asked, they tossed in a u-bolt flip for my trouble.
With a little pressing from me they made it right and I'm happy with the products, but it sure seems like they went to shit shortly after.
I really hope that everybody gets taken care of.
    Good luck

The front page on the left lists all Vendors, they are no longer on it.

Maybe you got my u-bolt flip kit I was waiting for. Ha ha.
No show with the beat up springs, no show on the spring bushings, then a "we'll send it out and pack it my self" thing, sent to the wrong address. They tried to make it right but then again no u-bolt flip kit and I'm lied to. Wow.
Please refund for what I'm out for the u-bolt flip and shipping which I was both charged for. That's some great customer service, NOT.
I ordered back in end of October to be shipped in November and I expect everything for a Xmas install.
    I'm still dealing with this.
