Jaso--Are those the 510's? That's how I want to do mine too. I'm still working on my paint job on the bumper. I only get to mess with it for about 20 minutes at a time.....LOOOOOONNGG Story...

    Here ya go.
The electrical tape is kind of sloppy looking but it does the job. Underneath tape the wires is securely pinched inside the old bulb housing and sealed up with silicone.
To do this simply tear off the bulb and carefully cut off the back side of housing there will be two metal tabs simply pinch the PIAA plug wiring with a pair of needle nose pliers and there is no way they will come loose.
A lot better option than cutting off the factory plug and splicing.

So it turns out that painting the bumpers is more of a pain in the ass and more costly than first expected. I'm now on my third can of primer and it appears that I will need two more cans of enamel. This paint job better turn out good or I might shoot a hole in the bumper.

I'm thinking about mounting the PIAA's with the guard flush against the front surface of the bumper, so it seems like the guard is part of the bumper itself. Anyone think this will work?

Thanks for posting the pics. I don't have any old bulbs laying around so I'll have to splice. I'll take pics when I do it so folks can see both options.

Front bumper came in yesterday and went off to powdercoat! Avid Off-Road is doing the coating, my sliders, and helping with the front bumper/winch/PIAA install on Saturday. Brandon and the guys at Avid are great to work with. I can't wait!

Just waiting for my rear bumper to ship hopefully next week then it's off to the body shop to get the rear end damage all fixed up so I'll be shiny new but with armor!

I got mine on Amazon, too. Gotta love that Prime account. I had mine next day at no charge because they shipped from right here in town at one of Amazon's larger fulfillment centers.

Not trying to be a slacker on the instructions, but unfortunately I need a few more pictures to better help everyone with the install! They will be posted tomorrow!
