Looks like you installed the Ubolts upside down if you look at the install instructions posted on the first page

. Yes but the one guy I know with them @allenfab has a love hate relationship with them. You don’t have to do outriggers since the Frame is straight in the back

    IT NEVER ENDS..........
He has a ubolt flip kit so they are fine. It helps with clearance under axle where the bolts would normally be poking out downwards, but his threads are really short he should have at least 1/4 inch or more.

I'm no expert... but I can't see how having an extra 1/4" would affect anything since his are fully engaged as it is right now anyway.

20181007_105516.jpg Any luck with the original issue? I'm getting the same thing. I sprayed with lube and seems better but still get it. I got the exact same setup. Also put in the 3 degree shim because of vibration.

Can’t stand my all pro leafs. The pack is too thick, with super bumps and flip kit I’m definitely losing travel. Mine pop constantly. I don’t think OP has anything wrong structurally or with his installation. I think all pro had shotty manufacturing over the last year or two. I’m switching to Dakar’s

100000% your issue is that the bushings are seemingly completely dry. I have deavers on my 17 taco and had the same issue. The bushings in the springs eyelets need grease if they are polyurethane. If your leafs are not dirty, the issue is almost garunteed your bushings. Clean springs will not make noise 98% of the time. Pull the springs, lather the bushings in energy suspension grease, and boom. No more binding or popping.

Slick lookin ride man. I dig the ADS. I’m noticing a popping sound coming from the rear with my Dakars when I leave my driveway and go down the sidewalk exit while turning when only the right or left wheel (depending on entry or exit) articulates. I’ve seen in one case where the rear shock body can touch the wider leaf packs when they are articulating, but after marking up my rear shocks with black tape I see no rubbing.

I wonder if it is the leafs moving side to side within the pack slapping against the leaf retainers???

    I’m stumped too

upload_2021-4-12_7-44-23.jpgI installed the RXT leaf pack at option two on my double cab long bed and got 24 1/2” on the driver hub to fender and 24 3/4” on passenger hub to fender. I gained exactly 2” of rear lifter over the Deaver 66 that I took out.

Where did you put the washers in the assembly? Just below the bolt head and the nut outside the shackle mount? I installed greasable pins so I know the interior is greased to heck. And I torqued to spec, but I'm getting lots of popping sounds.

It was to space apart the spring clamps to keep them from rubbing hard on the top leaf and producing a pop or thud sound.
