I had about the same experience with them last year with a 2500$ order. They did answer the phone but delayed the shipment of the order by several months. Every time I called they said the order should ship next week. In the end I got the order after black Friday so I could have saved a lot of money if I just ordered on black Friday from other vendors. This was a lift I ordered so its not like they had to fab up a bumper or anything.

i got the run around from them as well so you arent the only one. i had a missing tie rod extensions from a order (oct 31, $1000 order), called and placed another order for brake lines at that time (nov 14, items in stock supposedly). never received them. called multiple times in december after they moved with a couple weeks between calls. each time was given an excuse they havent been shipped even though they always said they were in stock. finally called again in january and they never gave me an update so i just cancelled it. that was on 1/17. still waiting for my refund. when i cancelled it John didnt even give a shit. didnt bother reconciling it or anything.

so ill take some  while we both wait

I've placed tons of orders with AllPro and they've been great up until they started moving their shop from MT to CA. I ordered front & rear bumper, sliders, hi-lift mount, +2 long travel, IFS skid plate, winch, shocks, and various small things from them. Prior to my last order (LT), the only hiccup I had was an order arrived with just one of two sliders. I called and they had it resolved and the second one on the way almost immediately.

With this last order it was delayed for an extended period, shipped without all the parts, and some of the fabbed products (LCA's) had tolerance issues. I called Tracy and she forwarded my info to her her husband Jon, the owner, and explained they were in the process of moving due to staffing issues. They said they'd get some new ones out to me as soon as possible once their new shop was up and running. I just got an update from her the other day on the new ones actually.

I can believe the part about the shipping delays after these recent issues, but the part about them dodging your calls and not answering your emails doesn't sound right. Just reading your original post, you look to be an annoying person to deal with. You have an almost four hundred word post without a single god damn capital letter, and you call someone a dozen times back to back like an asshole. Still, that's no excuse for a business not to issue a refund in a timely manner. Hopefully AllPro gets their shit together and starts getting parts out on time again.

I am an Allpro dealer and I have gotten the shitty service from them a lot. Everyone was always nice on the phone and emails. A lot of orders were missing parts, delayed shipping dates, and a refund that took 4 months to get. They did come through, but it took a long time. Nothing like 20 people hounding you about an order that's a couple months late and you can't do anything except annoy the supplier. Now that you can order their products through 4wheelparts, I don't care to take orders for their products, not worth my time.

Unfortunately, this is how they’ve been doing business for the last year! Sad really! When I posted on a Toyota FB page not to buy anything from them, I got bullied by a friend of theirs saying that what I posted is illegal and slandering them. then when I and others kept telling the friend that it wasn’t slander, I got threatened by the owner saying he was going to sue me!! It needs to get out that this is how they do business! They string you along and then when you ask for the refund, no response! So it looks like they are doing the same things they did in Montana! Hopefully this gets resolved for you!

The mods here too depending on what you post. I've had posts deleted because they were negative towards them. Words hurt too much these days and actions speak louder than words. I would agree, all of last year I had problems with orders, actually a little longer. They did eventually make good of everything.

Just report them to CC and let the CC company deal with them, that's what I did when Tracy was BS me few weeks in a row on some items I ordered.

They strung me along for 2 months saying that a skid plate was out at the powder coaters but they guaranteed me at least 5 times it would ship out that Friday.

I don’t mind waiting, but I hate being lied to. They will never get another penny from me.
