So, why not start a petition to have them stopped as a vendor until they get their issues fixed? It is tax season and the last thing people need is this happening to them and tieing up refund money.

    Might as well...
They apparently don't care about TW since they haven't been here since August...

And, at my age, I've learned that staffing problems are always management problems. Just sayin'.

I've inquired numerous times over the last year about when the Expo II Leafs were coming back. Always told "soon". Finally got tired of waiting and ordered some Deavers.

You have have been waiting for replacement parts for an order placed in July and yet you still think OP is annoying because of grammar? I think All-Pro is solidly in the wrong in this one.

I have not heard many good things about them the last few months, it seems they have lots of issues as a result of this move. Perhaps they should stop taking new orders until they can deal with they ones they already have.

Thanks for the heads up. Won’t be purchasing anything from them. Good luck with your transaction

I’d be pissed also. And would be calling and emailing daily til I was pissed enough after a few days to just do a charge back. This shit has been going on since way before the move. With not shipping, not replying, and having a don’t give a shit attitude. I believe this is the third thread that i have read over the last year with this and in every one, people have chimed in with comparable issues.

I will NEVER purchase a bolt from them, nor let anybody I know do so without a heads up. And...I have personally spent north of $10,000 on parts directly related to this site within the last 12 months.

I just placed an order with low range Offroad on the all Pro high clearance hitch that works with the eBay knock off bumper.

I originally contacted all Pro for the item and they told me it was in stock but I got a better deal going through low range Offroad.

It’s in stock, and it’s just bare metal. I hope I don’t run into this issue.

This is a bummer to hear. I've had nothing but great interactions with them and Tracy has been tons of help. I haven't ordered anything in at least 18 months.

All-Pro hasn't done me wrong, but I think they have gotten too big too fast and their production and service is smaller that their sales and popularity.

Good products reasonable prices, makes sense that their business is booming. Though their prices do seem to have gone up considerably since I first ordered things from them...

Either way, small company with big company exposure, the may need some slack in this growth period, personally I hope they can get the production and customer service staff they need to further expand. Seen too many a good small volume ship go under when they get too big too fast.

    TLDR: Growing pains?

Bumper is pretty damn nice I have to say. I wouldn’t blame you on making your own hitch, especially if I get shafted as well
