I’m confused they’ve always been in California haven’t they? So they recently moved moved to Montana and now moving back to Cali?? I ordered some sliders from them last year but cancelled after realizing I didn’t want to spend money on sliders yet. Took a week or two to get the refund but finally went through.

Have you tried posting a review about them on Google? It may help in getting a response... No one wants bad publicity and it may accelerate a response from them.

My guess is they were trying to follow Front Range/Diamond Axle by having a cheap place to work from, but they couldn't keep employees and shipping was starting to dip into their profits too much. I've heard bad stories of working for them as well.

I have had one experience with them and everything went smoothly with that. I also love their front 3rd gen bumper and would have been in the market for one when the time comes... May still be. That being said, as much as I enjoyed working with them the first time all of this is scaring me away. I have noticed how they've kinda just gone silent recently.

TRUE - But if they aren't responding on TW or on fb, then Google is one place where they can't delete posted reviews. The more the word gets out, the more likely they will respond and take action to correct this problem.

I know they will Haha. Mine was a recent as October in the slider GB. That was a huge order overall for them and they killed it. And I'll stand by them on that order, but even I've seen a downturn in overall customer relations since then.

They’ve been around for 20 years. It’s only been the last two that they have gone down hill, fast!

They were in California up until about 4 or 5 years ago. Now they are back in California as this past November/December.

Allpro has definitely fallen off. Had no issue with them for years. Last year I bought a Pack rack with a crossbar set up for a hi-lift. The crossbar they sent had mounting points incorrectly spaced. I called and gave them there measurements, they acknowledged they were incorrect. For convenience I told them what the correct numbers were. The replacement came in the mail and was still wrong... I said fuck it and busted out the welder to fix it myself. I pay $ to not weld out of convenience. Sucks to have to fix what you pay hard earned money for @allpro

Yeah they were. A group of us had ours sent on a pallet. Saved a ton of money that way.
