Fuck yeah! I think McGregor is going to put the hurt on Aldo. Aldo's good, but he's getting slow McGregor has a fire in him that makes him hungry. Not crazy about the showboating, but can't deny his skills.

Yeah I agree, unless Aldo can slow McGregor down with those nasty leg kicks it might not be a good night for the champ. McGregors showboating and trash talk are definitely over the top and don't earn him any respect from me. That said, it's always amusing and entertaining!

    Too many to list now.
I thought I had heard that Aldo was potentially out with a fractured rib? Accurate or not? I'm stoked for this one. Gonna see how long it takes to come out on the UFC fight pass deal. 100 bucks aint bad for a year of UFC PPV's. Just watched the one that aired on the 20th but it wasn't a ppv I don't think. Just a fight night. Anyone else have that service? We watch them on apple tv almost nightly.

Said he fractured in training but confirmed yesterday that he's still in. Figure he can use it as an excuse that he wasn't 100% when he loses. It's crazy to me how some of these guys can use the rules and even the politics of the sport to their advantage.

At the moment Aldo is still fighting, thought he fractured a rib in training but it's just bruised. They have Chad Mendes on standby to take Aldos place incase he pulls out. I'm flying down to Vegas for the fights, we booked our trip before tickets went on sale with a budget of $250 per seat in mind which would usually put you in a decent spot in the upper bowl. When tickets went on sale I was online right away to buy and was shocked they'd jacked their prices for this event. Cheapest seat in the house was going for $375!

We're staying at the MGM where the fights take place but will be watching at a bar unless we can find scalpers offloading tickets for cheap the day of the fight.

I gave up on all these big fights. $50 and they are almost always boring as shit. What needs to happen is the looser doesn't get paid. I'll bet then they will put some effort into fighting again.

Yeah there's been a lot of flops but I'm expecting exciting fights between these two and Lawler vs MacDonald

This^^^^ my gut turned when I heard he was hurt. All I thought was when Conor whoops his ass the speech will be "well I wasn't 100%...blah blah fuckin blah" I can see it already.

LOL....... Thanks for the tip! Mmmmm Cheerleaders  ........... I've been trying to figure out where we're going to watch the fights from. The only UFC fight I've been to live was George St. Pierre and BJ Penns first match on the USA vs Canada card and had a helluva good time! Are you heading to Vegas for this card Ross?

We're going to check out the fan expo on Friday or Saturday while we're there so should get a chance to meet alot of the fighters and will be lots around the MGM Grand that weekend I'm sure. What does Blondies normally charge for cover for the fights?

BS! All that hype and it's not going to happen. Maybe eventually, but sucks that it was built up so much. McGregor beats Mendes by KO- 2nd round. Place your bets, gents...

    Saw that. FUCKING PISSED!!!!!!!

I'll never understand (especially a well trained seasond fighter) why they train soooo fucking hard when they have a huge fight coming (<<I know oxymoron but....). I get it, I know so they can be ridiculously ready but to go that hard and risk injury???? I think I'm just real butthurt because this was leading into a HUGE badass brawl. FUCK!:mad::mad::mad:
