So White decides to hold this on tribal land to skirt the stay at home orders. He also bypasses the CA State Athletic commission. Does he really think there won't be repercussions? What a fucking idiot.

The roads leading into tribal lands are state land. I wonder how heavy of a presence CHP will have in that area the days before the fights? lol

This was only about money. UFC was not going to get paid unless they put on the contracted amount of events for this year. Therefore, UFC brass made a power move and scheduled these events to take place anyway. This looked bad optically for ESPN (UFC doesn’t care about optics) so they (ESPN) probably ponied up and agreed to pay the UFC, who basically outmaneuvered them to get paid.

 

I've seen a taped Slayer concert. Was still fun..and sadly all we have now.

It’s just for the better that this fight got cancelled. It sucks though because I really wanted to see TF fight. As for Rose, I hope time heals her since supposedly family members died from covid-19.

We all know Dana got money. So I wonder if this fight island and its infrastructure is really going to happen.
