Well damn. That was fun. Props to stipe for surviving that 1st round. Francis gassed faster then I had anticipated.

Anyone else going to the fight in Charlotte on Saturday? I am super bummed about the OSP fight being rescheduled, but overall it looks to be a decent card.

 

I see your boy's going to Brooklyn for 223.

What rough night for Brunson. Tough seeing him lose in that fashion. Overall, attendance was decent & most of the fights on the card were entertaining. By far, the best part was meeting Uriah Faber in the parking lot.

Here goes then!

They were all at UFC Fight Night at Foxwoods CT.

 

LOL! I lucked out with her to be honest.

That was when TUF was going on, with all the women, so a bunch of them were at the fight. For some weird ass reason, she was sitting in the "normal" stands for a bit. No idea why, or how, but my bro in law and I saw her, and I went up to her and asked politely if I could take a pic. She said yes, and there it is! She was super cool.

But a bit later on she got to sit cageside, in the "fenced off" area where the VIPs are, and no one can get in.

 

As we were pulling out of the parking lot, I looked to my left and said to my friend, "yo dude, that guy looks like Uriah Faber... wait a minute, that is Uriah." So, I rolled down my window and said, "yo, Uriah, what's up?" He looked back and said "hey man, what's up." We got out and chatted with him for a bit before heading out. Such an awesome and down to earth guy. No wonder he is such fan favorite.

 

Sick pictures man! Can't believe you got to meet everyone. Surprised to see so many fighters show up to a fight night event.

 

This was at UFC 154 in Montreal, at a bar the night before the fight.

Any one watch the fights on Saturday? I was sick with the flu, so didn't really watch much TV.

I think Valentina is smokin hot. Am I the only one?

 

I get the feeling that ALL events in Brazil are like that... maybe it's just me.
