    Hello all,

Name's Ian. Just picked up a 2001 Tacoma Double Cab 4x4. It came with a handy dandy TRD Supercharger, so not only does she ask for a lot (like my girlfriend) she also whines a lot (like my girlfriend). :D

Obligatory crappy cell phone pic (good pics to come):

I bought it to haul the bikes around and have some fun off-road. Here's a shot of the bike for those interested (and for those who are not, too bad). 2007 Orbea Orca, 14.5lbs ready to ride before tools and bottles.

I'm no stranger to modifying cars as I have had quite a few in my short time on this planet, but I also modify cars for a living. Here's a couple of my personal toys from the past:

    2010 VW GTI:

    1989 BMW M3:

    2005 Audi A4 Avant:

    2004 VW R32:

    1998 BMW M3:

There's been many more, but that's just a taste.

Back on topic... the truck! I have a new set of bumpers being painted body-color along with a new grille and corner lights. I am still deciding on what suspension and wheels to go with, but I am sure I will jump on something soon. Then I am sure it will get wildly out of hand from there... as you can see from above, they all do.

Cool community here, and I am sure I will meet you guys and gals in the near future.

    Cheers,
    Ian

I am thinking of starting with Bilstein coils up front to level it out, then I can lift them further if I end up getting the rear setup to match. Thanks for the welcome!

Thanks! I do miss the E30. Fantastic car in fantastic shape. Put a lot of work into that car, but it found a good home.

    Time for an update...

Installed the new painted front and rear bumpers yesterday. If Riverview Toyota had not screwed up my order and delivered an early grille instead of the later grille, the chrome-removal would be complete. Will just have to wait to finish it until Tuesday. Here's the pics:

Hope you enjoy it as much as I do!!!!! Can't wait for the correct grille to arrive...
