Now I know some of you had bad customer service and what not, but did anyone else see this? Curious if this is why nobody can get ahold of them...

"In recent months, some of our customers have been affected by operational disruptions which have delayed shipment of their orders."

Nice try with the scapegoat, assholes. I went through all your shit a year ago, well before any "operational disruptions."

"For those affected, please know that we sincerely regret these disruptions."

That regret must be why you told me, and I quote, "stop calling" when I called, eh, Tracy? God forbid I call for an update after you blow your 20th "it'll ship tomorrow" promise.

"your order represents your trust in our products, our people and our brand"

Leaf springs catastrophically failed after two months. All Pro lied to me on numerous occasions (and not about shipping dates, but actual product features/effects/results). I have zero trust in the products, people and brand.

"our entire team is determined to make sure we are honoring that trust"

    ahahahahahhaha

Sounds like they dug their own grave. There are too many other good companies out there to give these people any of my money. Thanks for sharing.

That’s what I was thinking. Knew something was up when they closed their new place in Montana

Literally just came across this on the local Toyota facebook group:

Sounds like Trail Gear is going to be a great match for All Pro. Birds of a feather, screwing customers together.

Same with my leaf springs, about two months and they’re scrap metal; no help from them at all. F*** all pro.

I have their Expedition 3" lift spring on my work bench. Brand new, what happened to yours? Thanks.

Mine was the standard pack; the drive side was the issue... started noticing that the driver side was sitting waaaaay lower than passenger. The front half of the pack looked mostly normal (albeit a little flat), but the back half developed it’s own sort of negative arch/hump to it. In this picture there is less than a quarter tank of gas, and also 150 lbs of sand directly on the passenger side.

I looked into All Pro when I was checking out sliders-not everyone makes/carries them for regular cabs. I read one negative customer service review on THEIR OWN WEBSITE, and said hells no! I'm all about good customer service. My Mobtown sliders are in production currently.....they've been AWESOME with communication since my order. I look forward to doing more business with Mobtown in the future......
