Almost 230k miles

My 2000 Tacoma V6 will be reaching the 230k mile mark in a couple of weeks. Aside from replacing all the belts (timing, drive, etc), water pump, valve cover gaskets, tune -up...what else do I need to replace and to look for? This truck is still running strong! Thanks in advance

 

I would also replace the sparkplugs while you have it down.
