I've been looking for an M416 for a couple years. Well finally found one on my in-laws land that I never knew of (while hunting squirrel with my dog). They have a Willis jeep sitting in storage and I guess this trailer went with it. Good news is I found it bad news is it rough, really rough, not only rusted but the tub is bent as well. I believe it's beyond repair :-(

Jeff, let me hold a dollar. I've got all mine tied up in Class III projects. All joking aside I think all salvageable would be the frame. With axles, new springs, tub etc I am probably looking at over $1k. You can buy one used and rolling for less.
