Alu-Cab Explorer Canopy electrical install

Anyone have an Alu-Cab Explorer Canopy or know how to install the 3rd brake light and dome lights?

The canopy has two sets of red and black wires, presumably to splice into the tail lights on the driver and passenger side? Do I just splice the red wire into the light blue brake light wire, and then ground the black wire?

 

It's just like any other cap. On mine the brake light wiring was routed to the passenger side and the interior lights routed to the driver side.
