Always keep an eye on your belts. I got lucky and had it changed asap.

Brought my truck into Longo for the 120k service. I have the TRD s/c, so I had a brand new belt w/ me that I purchased from TRDparts4u. The dealership changed it when they did the service, but ran into a issue due to a mechanic, where they had to replace my replacement belt. So they put on a brand new s/c belt that they had.

Now i'm at 130k, and was looking thru my engine bay like I usually do and saw some cracks on the s/c serpentine belt. Brought it back into the dealership and had to bitch at them a little because the belt already has cracks after 10k miles. After some back and forth ranting, they replaced the belt under the part warranty.

so now its all great. It was just a headache to deal w/ bringing it back to get fixed, down time w/o a car, and annoyance that some of the service people are idiots.

Just wanted to let you guys know to keep an eye out on parts that were just replaced or that get worn down.
