Anchoring bracket thing for the inside bed rail?

Im looking to mount a hand tool to the bed rail system. Looking for a reviving nut that would go inside the tail and some type of locking nut.

I could go with what I know a unistrut nut 3/8 threaded rod nut and washer but I was hoping something was already manufactured and wouldn’t look to crappy

I like them ‘cause they can be loaded in anywhere along the rail... you don’t have to slide them in from the ends.
