Not exactly new to off roading but definitely new to forums. I've always been a chevy guy. My tahoe was killing me on gas ( will post pics, you'll understand ) after driving it from California to South Dakota I started researching another mid-sized truck. seeing as you are all avid taco owners I don't think I have to tell you where research leads, especially in the mid-size class. Long story short, bought my first toyota and my first brand new truck, a 2011 TX Pkg and am never even going to bother looking for anything else again! So far I have only dualled my exhaust. Came across this forum long ago and am back to find some info on armor, accessories etc.. anyways, I've typed a novel, looking forward to building and sharing along the way!

Thanks man. Lovin the red too, having a minor debate about black on red though ha those darker tacos look a little more sleek up armored.

new2010taco, I passed through that little hole maybe twenty times that day, took my little brother through and yeah, I'll just say I'm still used to the tahoe.

Dark Knight, I've been snooping, debating on an Avid light bar, want to see all my choices first! I like to be a little different, that one seems too popular ha very nice though!

and TacoBS, dude, I had it muddy on the test drive :D

Thank you all for the warm welcome!
