Short answer, yes.

It should, the anytime setup works by providing a trigger signal via a switch. The head unit receives the trigger from the stock harness so everything should work as now. Also you have the option to activate the camera from the headunit or add a second camera to the headunit.

In my setup I am using the reverse camera input for a 360 birdview system an the second input for a bed mounted camera.

Does this offer XM radio? Do you know have a complete setup you would recommend for the head unit and the 360 cameras?

Unfortunately no built-in xm tuner. It can be done via aux or Bluetooth, but natively. This is the link for the complete 360 setup. Basically you have to look for AHD or TVI-HD for video quality, make sure that the calibration cloth or tape is included with the 360 system and lastly if it touchscreen compatible via infrared wire.

If you have any other questions feel free to ask, regardless you buy from me or not. I have done some mods with the 360 cameras and I am willing to share information. The capability of see around the truck could be a life changing opportunity.

It fits exactly as the factory unit. Check this post if you haven't. I discuss everything about the first generation of the radio. It has gotten better and more stable though time, but it will give you a better idea. Feel free to ask me if you have any questions.
